It was rather exciting on Monday as I woke up and it was snowing!

It continued to fall throughout the morning and got thicker on the ground (will the video below work?!).
I decide to walk to uni rather than ride my bike, due to the falling snow. I used my umbrella though some still got on my legs. The snow was soft and not really wet feeling, as you could shake it off. However I realised my boots were not really made for the icy snow on the ground so I walked carefully. I'll need to get some new snow boots!
It was snowing again on Tuesday but it hasn't snowed since. The snow has stayed on the ground here in town and on the mountains around Salzburg. Even though the weather hasn't been too cold the snow still stays for many days. I guess it's got to get pretty sunny and warm for it to fully melt.

Looking at the weather forecast we won't have any snow next week, instead we're going to have lots of rain, which is much less exciting!
